TPC SAWGRASS

TPC Sawgrass in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida, is home of the PGA Player’s Championship. BAA designed the mechanical systems for the now-famous 77,000 sq ft Mediterranean Revival-style Clubhouse. Built in 2007, the Club takes centerstage every May when the Stadium Course and Golf Facility hosts the world’s best pro golfers at the premier PGA tournament of the year.
CAPITAL CITY CLUB

Chartered in 1883, the Capital City Club in Brookhaven, Ga is one of the most prestigious golf and country clubs in the Southeast. Currently undergoing an extensive renovation and expansion, BAA is working with the Architect and Owner to seamlessly integrate the Club’s existing mechanical systems, into the new systems required to serve the expansion.
MYERS PARK COUNTRY CLUB

A CENTURY OF TRADITION. A LIFETIME OF MEMORIES. One of the oldest and most prestigious private organizations in Charlotte, Myers Park Country Club is located in the historic Myers Park neighborhood. BAA designed the mechanical systems for this sprawling and beautiful new clubhouse.
BILTMORE FOREST COUNTRY CLUB
New Swim | Tennis | Fitness Facility

BAA Mechanical entered the Biltmore Forest CC Swim/Tennis/Fitness project in the Golf Inc. magazine “2023 Best New Private Club Amenity” competition, and the project received Honorable Mention recognition as one of the best amenity projects in the nationwide competition for 2023 and is highlighted in the January/February 2024 issue of Golf Inc. magazine.
