CARROLL DANIEL CONSTRUCTION COMPANY HEADQUARTERS

This $12 million, 60,000-square-foot building at Main Street and Jesse Jewell Parkway, is the new corporate headquarters for the Carroll Daniel Construction Company. Located in the heart of downtown Gainesville, Ga, the building will also be open for retail, restaurant and office space lease on the lower floors. The three story atrium required the design of a smoke evacuation system.
